Quick Veg Tawa Sandwitch Recipe

Quick Veg sandwich is very easy to cook with less time and very popular snack with kids and office-goers.it is wonderful snack to accompany tea , Coffee or juice whatever you like because it is both filling & tasty.


~Preparation time -15-20 Minutes
~Cooking Time 15 -20 Minutes
~Makes – 4 Sandwiches

Ingredients:
  • 8 Bread Slices
  • 8 tsp Butter For Spreading, Brushing & Cooking
  • 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Onions
  • 1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 tps Chopped Coriander (Dhania)
  • 1/4 Cup Greeted Processed Cheese
  • 1/2 tps Chili powder
  • 1/2 tps Cumin (Jeera ) Powder
  • 1 small chopped green mirch
  • 1/4 tps chat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Green Chutney
How to Make
  1. Firstly Divide the Stuffing into 4 equal portion
  2. Now Take 2 slice of Bread..& Spread 1/2 tsp butter evenly over each slice
  3. Now place a portion of Stuffing in buttered bread slice & spread it evenly
  4. Sandwich it using another bread slice & press it Lightly
  5. Brush it 1/2 tps Butter evenly over it
  6. Heat a Non stick a Tawa and put 1/2 tps Butter for Cooking
  7. Place the sandwich on it with the butter side facing upwards
  8. Cook on medium flame till it turns golden brown from both the side.
  9. Cut the sandwich in to 2 equal parts and Repeat the steps to make 3 more Sandwiches
  10. Serve the Sandwiches immediately with Ketchup or Green chutney
