Ingredients

 

for Sindhi Kadhi Recipe:

  • 4 tablespoons Oil
  • Rai / Mustard seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  • Hing / Asafoetida 1/4 teaspoon
  • methi dana / Fenugreek seeds  1/2 teaspoon
  • Jeera / Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger grated 1 teaspoon
  • 1 Finely Chopped Green Mirch
  • Curry leaves 6-8
  • 3 teaspoons Gram Flour 
  • Choped Lady Fingers 6-8
  • Choped Drumstick 1
  • 2 medium Potatoes 
  • 1 Small Bowl Peas/ Mutter
  • Chooped gawar / Cluster beans 8-10
  • 2 mediumTomatoes Pulp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Dhaniya Powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Tamarind pulp 1 teaspoon or Amchur Powder 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
  • Salt to taste


How To Make

Instructions For Kadhi Preparations: 

  • Firstly, Heat 4 tbsps oil in a Presher Cooker. 
  • Add Rai / Mustard seeds , Hing / Asafoetida,  methi dana / Fenugreek seeds  , Jeera / Cumin seeds , Curry leaves in a Presher Cooker and sauté till fragrant.
  • Then Add Ginger grated & 1 Finely Chopped Green Mirch
  • Then Add 2 Table Spoon Gram Flour & mix and sauté till fragrant or Untill it become Brown.mix till smooth.
  • Then Add 1/2 cup  Some Water 
  • Add another 1 cups water and mix. Heat 1 tbsps oil in Presher Coocker
  • Add bhindi and guar and sauté.
  • Add Chooped drumstick into 1½ inch pieces.
  • Add Chooped potato into big cubes 
  • Add tomatoes pulp to the gram flour mixture and mix well. 
  • Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder , Dhaniya Powder , Amchur Powder (Optional) and salt and mix well.
  • let The All Vegetables cook by close the prsher cooker lid & wait for 3 Whistles of cooker. 
  • When the vegetables are cooked, add tamarind pulp and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve hot with steamed/ Plain/ Jeera rice.

Now it's ready to eat, Serve hot Sindhi Kadhi with Jeera Rice/ Plain Chawal. Enjoy!!
