Healthy Chhole Cheese  onion Paratha| New Delicious Paratha Recipe

Chhole Onion Cheese Parathas is a new variety of Parathas especially for kids. So it is not only healthy recipe but also at the same time yummy too. In this we can use paneer instead of cheese or we can use both too as per your taste. it can be easily consumed as itself or with a big slice of butter or curd. it can taste great with any curries recipe too. additionally, these Parathas can be prepared in any shape like square, triangle and even heptagonal.


Ingredients:-

For Stuffing:
  • 2 cube Grated Cheese or Paneer (Whatever you like you can use or you can use both also)
  • 1 Medium Size Onion , finely chopped
  • 1 Small Bowl of Boiled & Mashed Chhole
  • 1 Green Chili, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 spoon Saunf Seeds
  • ½ tsp kashmiri chili powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric (Haldi) Powder
  • salt to taste
  • ½ tsp aamchur powder / dry mango powder
  • Ghee or Oil or Butter as required
For Paratha Dough: 
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour / Atta
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp oil or ghee
  • water as required for kneading
  • ¼ cup wheat flour for dusting

How to make Paratha
  1. Firstly, take a Medium bowl and add Grated Cheese or Paneer and Boiled and mashed Chhole. 
  2. furthermore, add chili powder, turmeric (haldi) powder, aamchur powder, Saunf and salt.
  3. Add Onion, green chilli and coriander leaves finely chopped.
  4. mix well and keep aside.
  5. firstly, in a large mixing bowl, take wheat flour add salt.
  6. add water and knead the dough for 5 minutes, furthermore, grease the dough with a tsp of oil and rest for at least 20 minutes.
  7. firstly, pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll about 5 inches in diameter.
  8. place the prepared stuffing in the center of paratha Dough.
  9. furthermore, sprinkle some flour and roll  dough to of a chapatti size.
  10. Place the rolled paratha on a hot tava.
  11. Cook Parathas both the sides by using oil / ghee/ butter and press slightly until golden brown.
Now Its Ready to serve. Serve Hot Parathas with curd, ketch up, Pickle or curries too. Enjoy!!
