Maggi Masala Noodles Recipe is an instant noodles recipe prepared with Maggi noodles and Maggi taste maker with vegetables and spices. it is popular instant breakfast recipe with several variations to it, but this post describes the street style Maggi recipe. Indian Maggi noodles is not just liked by the kids, but the fan following varies to bachelors, working couple and even adult parents.

Ingrediants :-
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small size onion, finely chopped
- ½ capsicum, finely chopped
- 1 small size tomato, finely chopped
- ¼ cup peas / matter, fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup boiled corn (optional)
- 2 cup water
- ½ tsp turmeric powder / haldi
- ½ tsp red chilli powder / lal mirch powder
- 2 sachets Maggi masala
- ¼ tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 pack Maggi noodles
- Pinch of chaat masala
- 2 grated cheese cube (optional)
- 1 packet oregano (optional)
How To Make:-
- firstly, in a large kadai/Pan heat oil and sauté garlic & Green Chili.
- further Add onion, and sauté till they change colour.
- then add capsicum & tomato sauté till they turn soft and mushy.
- furthermore, add Peas/Mutter & corn (optional) sauté for 2 minutes.
- also add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Coriander powder. sauté for a minute on low flame.
- Add 2 sachets Maggi masala , salt and grated cheese cube (optional)
- Add 2 cups of water and stir well and get the water to boil.
- Add in 2 Maggi noodles
- Mix well and stir occasionally.
- cook till the noodles absorb water and gets cooked completely.
- sprinkle chaat masala or Oregano (optional) for more flavours just before serving.
- Garnish Maggi masala noodles with finely chopped coriander leaves & grated Cheese Cube.
Now Maggi Masala Recipe is ready to be served hot with ketch up.
